Our Residents had a fabulous day celebrating Australia Day in the Broughton Club.
A Lamb BBQ with all the accompanying salads and desserts was organized by The Grange Social Committee. After lunch Peter Hitcheon entertained everyone by playing a selection of Australian songs on the piano he kindly donated to The Grange at Berry. All residents enthusiastically joined him in singing along to their favourite tunes. Thanks also to those Residents who organized the wonderful decorations which set the scene beautifully.

Fair Trading Minister Virginia Judge today welcomed the passage of the Retirement Villages Amendment Bill 2008 by the NSW Parliament. Ms Judge said the new laws would better protect the rights of retirement village residents without compromising the viability of an industry vital to our ageing population.
