Construction of the final 14 villas at The Grange has commenced. If you are contemplating a move to The Grange now would be the ideal time to approach us to enable your chosen villa to be modified to your own specific requirements.

Our Residents had a fabulous day celebrating Australia Day in the Broughton Club. A Lamb BBQ with all the accompanying salads and desserts was organized by The Grange Social Committee. After lunch Peter Hitcheon entertained everyone by playing a selection of Australian songs on the piano he kindly donated to The Grange at Berry. All residents enthusiastically joined him in singing along to their favourite tunes. Thanks also to those Residents who organized the wonderful decorations which set the scene beautifully.
