Retirement Villages Ammendment Bill - Will you be ready?

After more than two years of debate, the New South Wales Retirement Villages Ammendment Bill was finally tabled during Parliament's most recent sitting. It is anticipated that this Bill will be passed during Parliament's next session which commences in September.


The new legislation will mean changes to the way Retirement Villages operate on a day-to-day basis. These changes affect all stakeholers.

The Community Living Network is working hard to make sure that its knowledged based systems are ready to take on the new challenges.
